Velvet Hall is situated in the right wing of the second floor of the complex, the windows overlook Pushechnaya Street.
The hall interior is created to improve your singing. The walls upholstery makes the sound soft and contributes the opening of your voice.
The dark colors of furniture, mirrored countertops and screens in golden frames create an atmosphere of luxury. It will make you to feel like in a “private” club where you can get only by acquaintance. There is a bar for getting the famous Star Kadril cocktails.
